I try to acknowledge all submissions of full manuscripts within 1-2 business days. Please don’t hesitate to follow up if you don’t hear from me confirming receipt—or within 3-4 months for a response!

Submission Guidelines

I’m currently only accepting submissions from agents for middle grade and teen. While I’m open to the rare exception if something seems like a particular fit, I’m primarily looking for fiction novels in those two categories.

When submitting to multiple editors at HarperCollins, please keep your submission list to three or fewer within the house.

Please do not submit any one manuscript to me at the same time as any of the other editors on Erica Sussman’s group.

Please add trigger warnings at the top of the manuscript for the following categories:

  • Sexual assault

  • Suicide and self-harm

  • Graphic violence
